SOPRASTICK® SI

The self-adhesive strips on the underside are protected by a silicone release film and the membrane is protected by a thermofusible film on the topside. SOPRASTICK® SI includes a self-adhesive overlap ensuring an easy and reliable installation. SOPRASTICK® SI is used as the first layer on expanded polystyrene insulation or suitable polyurethane, in association with other weldable elastomeric bitumen membrane.  

SOPRASTICK® SI must be mechanically fastened for slope > 20%. All the applications are described in the French Standards DTU, Technical Guidelines or Technical Approvals. For further details refer to specific technical information. SOPRASTICK® SI will be laid semi-independently onto suitable substrate (insulation or primer ELASTOCOL® 350 or ELASTOCOL® 600 may be used), after removing the protecting silicone film. The self-adhesive part of the overlap must be laid. Hot bitumen must not be used in the bonding process.

SOPRASTICK® SI is used for roof waterproofing and complies with EN 13707, thereby bearing the CE standard marking.
